"We hired Heidi to sell our home in a time when houses could sit on the market for months....we sold our house in 22 hours at more than our asking price." ~Justin
Northeast Portland covers a large area stretching from the Willamette River east and from Burnside Street north. Some of the oldest homes in Portland are found in this area along tree lined streets that give easy access to city parks. Alameda ridge provides stunning views of Portland and the West hills. Many of these old Northeast Portland homes for sale have been refurbished and many are being restored to their original appeal, with artistic detail. Several grand old homes are on the National Register of Historic Places. Some of the sidewalks are imprinted with the homes craftsman’s name and date, and the metal rings attached to the curb are from the days when everyone had horses. It is charmingly set-apart from the busy streets of Portland’s city center.
