Hello from Heidi!

Whether you are preparing for home ownership or are a home owner preparing to sell your current home, I would love to be of assistance to you. But first let me share a little about who I am and why you might like to work with me.

I guess the first question would be…

Why am I a Real Estate Broker?

Through many years in the banking industry as a Business Banking Officer, I realized that my true passion is client service.  If there was one thing my clients knew it was that I really meant it when I said call on me at anytime.

When I moved over to the realm of real estate, I found my true calling.

I enjoy every day and every client! Whether I am working with and guiding buyers searching for their “perfect home” or with sellers wanting a smooth transaction with the least amount of stress while securing the best sales price.  Success comes from my ability to really listen to what’s important to you.

Guidance through the entire home buying process is my primary focus.

If you are buying a home, I provide you with a timeline and explanation of each step. As a first time home buyer there is much to learn. My goal is to keep you informed in a process that can be overwhelming at times.  I make it a priority to attend all inspections, appraisals and closings.

If you are selling a home, I provide you with a calendar timeline as well as an aggressive marketing plan that takes advantage of the most successful avenues of online listings, social networking as well as postcards and flyers showing the uniqueness of your home.

I am proud to say that I work with an amazing team of professionals.  My Team of Lenders, Inspectors, and Escrow Officers offer unsurpassed communication and attention to detail.  Using a lender that has a strong core of ethics and integrity is imperative.

I build and maintain close relationships with my clients; after all we spend a lot of time together. My goal is to create a relationship with you that is long-term.

About my family…

My wonderful Chiropractor husband, David, and I met at the first Tigard Chamber morning networking meeting that I attended. He is a Wellness Expert with more than 23 years experience and his clinic is in Tigard.

We have an 8th grader, Nick attending Fowler Middle School.  Nick is looking forward to Tigard High and football. Soon to return from NYC is Britta, a talented artist.  She plans on attending PSU upon her return. Also grown and out of the house are Jonathan (25) and Justin (23).  Justin and Jacquelyn married in May of 2008 and Jonathan and Heather had an outdoor wedding in August of 2009. They both enjoy being married to their best friend.

I enjoy building a strong community through several channels. Be it working with my Tigard Rotary Club and preparing holiday food baskets, our dictionary project with our local elementary schools or our Rose Sale fundraiser; our family has found many different ways to make a difference for the better. A lot of little things add up to make a big change.

I am also a strong supporter of our Tigard Chamber of Commerce, and not just because I met my true love there. As one of the volunteers on the Ambassador Team I build relationships with local business owners.
